Day & Month of Wedding Coordinating
Whether it's the day of the wedding or one month before the wedding, we put the finishing touches on your big day! We ensure your vendors arrive on-time and are organized by supplying them with a timeline schedule. We manage logistics, set-up and break-down decor and treat all guests with the highest level of customer service.
My (now) husband and I were planning everything from out-of-state but managed to fly into Sarasota for vendor interviews one weekend. Upon arrival we met Ashlee Rulison, who quickly became one of our favorite vendors. She walked us through all that she had to offer without it coming off super salesy or overwhelming. We felt supported more than we could have expected and hired her on the spot. Every last detail I conveyed with Ashlee leading up to this moment was as I imagined and better. Seeing everything brought to life was my aw-ha moment. I remember thinking how grateful I was for her and how much care she put into our special day. They think it was planned the whole time. :) I cannot recommend OLS events enough. If quality and support are important to you, then look no further.

Ashlee saved the day and made it stress free for me. Leading up to the wedding she was my go to person for coordinating all of my vendors and small details for the day of. Ashlee created a timeline and layout for me and provided all of the rental information. The day of our wedding the weather was not looking too great and she had multiple backup plans for the day and everything turned out great. The staff there is always available and more than professional. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the time and effort you put into helping us with the planning and execution of Rachel and Bruno's wedding. We were all so happy with the way it turned out. Your attention to detail really made all the difference. From your help choosing the caterer, tent and decor companies to the "little" extra details like chalkboard signs and decorative touches. I actually felt calm on the big day knowing you were in control. The best part for me is when the my daughter and her husband came to me and said, "It was perfect. We wouldn't change a thing." That was the perfect end to the perfect day!
